When life gets hectic and overwhelming, it’s difficult not to get stuck in your head — overthinking.
This can lead to feeling like you’re on autopilot or out-of-tune with your body. When you begin to feel disconnected, bringing yourself back to Earth, so to speak, can alleviate some of that everyday stress and stop the pattern of overthinking.
This class focuses on hip openers and root chakra (base of the spine) grounding poses.
If you are using props, I recommend a block, blanket and yoga strap.
Enjoy this 30 minute slow flow yoga practice. Moving through asanas (poses) with breath we create a mind-body connection. Taking the time to slow down and align, we take these principles off the mat and into our daily lives. No props needed but always encouraged.
Just like nature we must grow strong roots to support our expansion and growth. This yin/yang flow will leave you feeling balanced and recharged.
